The problem we solve
Finding the craft is only the beginning.
The hard part is translating a design idea, coordinating multiple makers, following every stage, anticipating hand-process realities and getting the finished result close to the intent.
Design translation
Your idea becomes a craft-ready brief
Our textile and fashion designers help define fabric, weave, colour, motif scale, placement, density, finish and sampling requirements.
On-ground execution
A dedicated team follows the project
Cluster operations executives coordinate day-to-day progress instead of leaving you to chase multiple makers remotely.
Visibility
See the making, not just the final delivery
Where appropriate, progress photos and videos can show dyeing, loom development, weaving, embroidery, painting and finishing.
Reality built in
Timelines account for the hand process
Weather, humidity, drying, yarn availability, dyeing cycles and artisan schedules are factored into planning where relevant.
Creative problem solving
Innovation within craft reality
We explore alternative fibres, motifs, colours and techniques when the first idea needs adaptation to become manufacturable.
Ownership
We treat the brief as our project
We communicate early when something changes, propose alternatives and stay involved through the agreed development journey.
Custom development
A broad craft library, one development conversation.
Your brief determines which materials and techniques are relevant. The list below is capability, not a requirement to choose from a fixed catalogue.
From textile to product
Develop sarees, fabrics, dupattas, stoles, jackets, kurtis, dresses, blouses, occasion pieces and selected craft-led gifting.
From reference to sampling
Bring a sketch, photograph, mood board, archive reference, existing textile or simply a design direction. We help identify a feasible execution path.
The brief starts free
Register. Share the idea. Decide only after you understand the route.
There is no charge to register or discuss the first brief. The programme joining fee is waived for the first 1,000 founding members. If the project is feasible, we align scope, pricing, sampling and payment terms before paid production begins.
No-friction entry: no design fee just to enquire · no need to know the right craft · no need to travel to clusters · direct human follow-up · no obligation to proceed after the first discussion
Own-label/custom/made-to-order luxury projects have a ₹1,00,000 minimum. Eligible projects: 35% upfront, balance in mutually agreed instalments aligned to the production and delivery plan. Vintage recreation starts at ₹50,000. All projects subject to feasibility and availability.

A few details are enough. You can send references on WhatsApp after this.
Before you commit
Two ways we reduce the hesitation.
Try quality first, or pick pieces live with our team.
Try one sample piece first
Buy a single piece at retail price to judge colour, fabric and finish in hand. When you later place your wholesale order, the full value of that sample is deducted from it.
Pick pieces on a live video call
Our dedicated team can show you pieces live and help you choose based on your customer, price range and occasion before you commit.
Heritage reincarnation
Rebuild the spirit of an heirloom — without pretending every detail can be copied exactly.
Vintage recreation starts from ₹50,000 and is subject to design assessment, material availability and artisan feasibility.
What can be explored
- Old border proportions and pallus
- Forgotten motifs and buta layouts
- Historic colour stories
- Zari treatments and weave structures
- Material substitutions for current wearability
Our approach
Reference → feasibility → interpretation → sample → approval → production. If exact replication is not achievable, we explain that before the project begins and propose the closest craft-compatible route.
